Miller Goodall have successfully provided expert and advice testimony at planning appeals and legal proceedings.
Both Lesley Goodall and Joanne Miller have advised on the environmental aspects of many planning applications and provided expert witness evidence. They have both attended planning committee meetings on a weekly basis and therefore have a detailed understanding of the decision making process.
