Sound Insulation Design & Testing - Services
The team at Miller Goodall Environmental Services are registered testers with the Association of Noise Consultants and have experience in construction detailing and testing for a wide range of projects including:
- residential and hotel developments to meet Approved Document E of the Buidling Regulations
- schools, colleges and universities to meet the criteria defined in BB93
- health developments to achieve standards in HTM 08-01
Approved Document E (ADE) of the Building Regulations requires at least 10% of converted properties and some new residential properties to be tested for sound insulation levels. Companies who do the testing should be either UKAS Accredited or ANC Registered. Miller Goodall Environmental Services Ltd is ANC registered and can undertake; sound insulation testing, reporting of tests, advice on remedial works and detailing for sound insulation purposes.
